Asha Chakra Unification is a channeled modality that supports deep energetic alignment, balance, and reconnection to your core self.

This work began through my connection with a collective consciousness known as Asha, whose presence is centered in harmony, unity, and heart-based awareness. Through this connection, I receive guidance, energetic transmissions, and practices designed to help bring the body, mind, and spirit back into coherence.

At its core, Asha’s work is about helping humanity reconnect to what we call The Frequency of One — a state of inner alignment where your energy, intuition, and sense of self feel unified and clear. The Frequency of One is the unified, symphonic, harmonic tone emitted by the Creator of all. Asha Chakra Unification, as an intentional practice, gently invites us into this Frequency through our remembering that we are, each one of us, a beautiful harmonic tone already vibrating within that higher octave spectrum of pure light and love.

The Practice

Through this connection, I was guided to create a Chakra Unification meditation, along with a system of energetic symbols and hand positions (mudras) that support the alignment of the chakra system as a whole.

Rather than working with each energy center in isolation, this practice focuses on bringing all of your energy centers into a more unified, integrated flow — allowing your system to function with greater balance and ease.

It’s both simple and powerful.

A practice you can return to daily to set your tone, reset your energy, and reconnect with yourself.

A Guided Meditation while seated, as an active participant: $44

A Harmonic Healing session, as a passive receiver of the attunement (similar to a Reiki session): $150/in person; $88/remote

• For Asha Chakra Harmonic Healing sessions, “remote” doesn’t require a Zoom connection, just the agreement of a designated, shared time and focus. Because of the encoded intent of added potency within their energetics (which ensures that these remote sessions are equally as powerful as the in person ones), they are shorter in duration.

• In person Asha Chakra Harmonic Healing sessions can be hands on or etheric touch, whichever will allow more openness and ease within the client’s experience.
